The throttle unit is a tubular carburator-like part, why would you disconnect it (unscrew and pull it out of the induction gallery)? If they mean 'disconnect the throttle wiring' then the only wiring on the throttle are those 4 potentiometer wires. But then why don't they say: 'disconnect wires from potentiometer on the throttle unit'?
