One more question:
I have two keys for this scooter. One fully black and one black "half-head" key with a little red spot on the top of the key's head. is there any dfference between the two keys?

Maybe....but i think if it is an immo problem, then the engine wouldn't run on idle speed. But it is running. BUT I WILL TRY IT.
Just _I don't know what it means: "on and off" --->ignition or run?
leave for 30 secs ---->on igniton or idle or fully off?
I can't exactly see what that means, but it's worth a try.
