elystar 50ccm TSDI - no answer for the throttle cange

First of all, I am so sorry for my bad English, but I am living in Hungary and I lost some English lesson....I have no more ida for my problem, maybe here......
I have an Elystar 50ccm TSDI scooter, which is stopped in 2005(without any problem).I am not used in last three years. Today I tried to start again.I put into a new battery and tried to start.The engine is running on idle speed, but if I am trying to change the throttle, nothing was happenned. The engine is running together, but no rpm rising. I have the workshop manual. I checked the fault code(s) in the ECU memory with led flashing, and it says that there is a problem with throttle potentiometer. I checked for resistant on the plug of the sensor and checked the wiring for short. Everything is fully working corrct, but I can't erase the fault codes. I think the only thing is the ECU PROBLEM. Maybe not working correctly or electrical fault. Is there any way to RESET the ECU???? Or any idea? In Hungary, there isn't any professional mechanic for this problem! Thanx........Laszlo
